[1] The cost of inaction
It’s easy to think about all the things we want, the big goals. The things we think about, but don’t do anything about? Have you ever considered what your lack of action is costing you?
I’m not a glass-half-empty kinda gal, but knowing what you don’t want is a quick-fire way to make change.
Contemplate the price you pay for inaction. We presume that inaction has no cost and that time is the most important resource we have. It’s not, your attention is. Read that again… [business & personal]
Time is not the most valuable resource, your attention is.
In reality, action doesn’t look like massive steps and success overnight. It's small steps done every day. The compound effect. Social media fools us into thinking that overnight success is realistic. We just don’t see those small, mundane tasks done every day behind the scenes.
Questions to ponder:
What deliberate action can you take today?
What’s the cost of not taking action?
[2] Lost? Do this.
You don’t need to know everything about your future. [A post that Jai Jowett uploaded that struck a cord. Click here.]
A - What to do now - Clarity.
B - What to do next - Immediate action.
Z - What are you working toward - The big goal to keep you going.
Everything in-between is just noise.
[3] Deliberate Direction:
Complexity is not the key - simple & small is.
Stop believing your own bullshit - remove excuses.
You may not know the perfect path to your goal, but you know what not to do. Define a path of elimination.
Ideas don’t come out fully formed, they only become clear as you work on them - just start.
Define a goal, take [small & consistent] action and remove excuses.
Winners do daily work that other people do occasionally. You’re not extraordinary, you just do the ordinary extra.
You’re small and deliberate steps away from achieving the shit you dream of. BUT they start with clarity. Dunno about you but I’m not here to f*ck spiders, if you’re the same - fill out this free and short [no bullsh*t] worksheet. |
Fill it out and send it back to me. The first step to make that shit happen.
Still here? Cool. Go move the needle. ✌️
